We hope that you are enjoying your summer! As you may know Merit Bonuses were due in paychecks 7/21 for those who qualify (had a rating of Exceeds or Outstanding on your performance evaluation). Some SHARE members reported that they did not receive their bonus. We compiled a list of members that were missing the bonus and informed Labor Relations. Apparently, none of the Merit Bonuses were processed on schedule.

Human Resources has now sent a list to Payroll of SHARE members who should receive Merit Bonuses. They hope that they will be processed in time for the next paycheck, but the timing has not yet been confirmed. If your name is on that list, then we sent you an email about it. There are also some evaluations which have not yet been submitted, and Human Resources is following up with those managers.
