Summer is right around the corner, and for SHARE members every year when the temperatures rise, so do our pay rates!

Hourly raises of $0.75 or 2% (whichever is more for you) will take effect on July 2nd for all members who have completed their 6 month probation before that date. You should see these increases in your July 21st paychecks.

For those who are on the payroll on July 2nd, but haven’t completed your 6 month probation yet, you will still receive a 1.5% increase effective the first Sunday following the satisfactory completion of your probation.
