1. SHARE merit bonuses:

   We talked with members about their annual performance evaluations and followed up with Labor Relations/HR regarding departments with delays.

1. Parking: This meeting was primarily focused on the conversations between SHARE and UMass Chan about the increases in parking costs. Please see the links below for more details:

   • Discussed the Animal Medicine Reclassification request

   • As established in our contract

   • Members talked about DC1 job classification changes and what the potential effects could be

   • Probationary raises: how they work and what to do if you didn’t get yours.

   • Open positions in D.E.S.

   • We talked about the AFSCME membership cards that our members received this past week, and how to find out about benefit options. If you’re a SHARE member, you’re an AFSCME member.
