Here's a quick rundown of contract negotiations so far:

We have started negotiating
The contract expires on 10/1/18
We are looking to maintain our raise format that includes a platform raise and an across-the-board raise
Management has not proposed any changes to our 85/15% split on health insurance contributions
We will be negotiating with management about raises, health insurance, workload & staffing, job postings, leaves of absence, and our problem-solving/discipline process
We are excited to expand our Unit Based Team (UBT) program, establishing more teams co-lead by SHARE and management to tackle departments’ toughest problems while including SHARE members as respected partners.
